Leroy is a life-long resident of Robeson County. His first career was in the engineering field with the NCDOT for more than 32 years. He began his second career as a real estate broker in January 2007.
Leroy is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of North Carolina at Pembroke with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management.
He & his wife, Betty, have one daughter and son-in-law, Betsy and Lynn Wilson.
