Les underwrites every property considered for acquisition or
marketing, oversees the construction, and currently maintains an
ownership position in over a dozen Phoenix apartment communities,
representing approximately 600 units.
Between 2012 and 2019, Les successfully repositioned over 50
apartment buildings in the Greater Phoenix Metro Area, under his
boutique apartment brand Moderne Apartments (previously Mode
Apartments). Les also has experience in ground-up construction,
adaptive reuse, and office and retail repositions.
Les graduated from Arizona State University with a BS in both Real
Estate and Urban Planning, and resides in Phoenix, Arizona.
