Les joined Graham + Sibbald's Kirkcaldy Office, in 1986, as a Graduate Surveyor from Aberdeen University. In 1993 he moved to the Edinburgh Office. In 1996 he was appointed Associate and in 1999 he was assumed to the Partnership.
