I have been a Realtor for over 30 years, have closed 1000's of homes in the Denver Metro Area, and have helped 1000’s of buyers and sellers realize their real estate dreams (licensed in 1977 and joined RE/MAX in 1990). I am in the Top % of all realtors in the U.S. and Colorado. My specialties are residential re-sale, new construction/development, banking and financing. I have extensive knowledge in real estate transaction coordination, title insurance, and mortgages. Additionally I have been involved in developing and building small subdivisions as well as a variety of other business entities and partnerships.
