Leslee Lowe is a commercial real estate professional with strengths in project management, financial reporting and analysis, lease management, managing multiple priorities, and cost consciousness. Since joining Lincoln Property Company in 1998, Leslee has directed the successful performance of a variety of CBD office assets and has provided strong leadership to the growth and development of the property management team. Leslee is currently responsible for a one million square foot office complex where she has successfully completed projects including renovation of main lobbies, exterior canopy installation, redevelopment of common areas, build out of fitness center, elevator and escalator modernization, chiller plant replacement, life safety system upgrades, façade upgrades, building automation system upgrades, sprinkler installation, and tenant construction. Leslee has extensive experience in redeveloping CBD office buildings and upgrading marketing image from class B to class A status. Leslee is a CPA, RPA, member of BOMA Chicago, and a graduate of Illinois State University with a BS in Accounting and Business Administration.
