Leslie Brown has more than 12 years of experience advising clients across investment sales and residential development. Her work has centered on helping developers unlock value through land entitlement, assembly, and land packaging, the process of positioning vacant land for development and bringing it to market for institutional and private buyers. Brown comes to Avison Young from Colorado Craft Brokers where she served as Founder and Broker Owner. There she led a team of independent professionals to bridge real estate opportunities between Colorado’s mountain resort markets and the Front Range of Denver. Brown has advised clients in Main Street and middle market transactions. She closed more than $250 million in commercial real estate transactions, managing each deal from valuation to closing.
