Lester has spent over four decades working in every sector of the real estate industry. He has helped clients buy and sell retail, multi-family, and residential properties, as well as office spaces, industrial warehouses, and land for development. For the majority of his career, Lester has served as a principal, most recently at Transwestern Company, and is responsible for over $1.7 billion in direct sales activity.
His vast industry experience has included working with zoning entitlements for both horizontal and vertical developments, as well as coaching clients through acquisitions and dispositions, including 1031’s. Lester has guided countless clients in making strategic investments, from small purchases like pad sites to massive projects like developing masterplan communities.
