Mr. Agnew is a seasoned and dedicated real estate executive committed to delivering exceptional service to clients, partners, employees, and colleagues. He joined Charles Hawkins Co. in 2012 as a broker and quickly advanced to Asset Manager and Chief Operating Officer in 2013. In 2016, he was appointed President. In his role as President, Mr. Agnew focuses on two core priorities. First, he leads the continued enhancement and strategic growth of the company’s brokerage services and property management divisions. Second, he oversees and manages a commercial real estate portfolio valued at approximately $500 million and encompassing roughly 9.1 million square feet. His responsibilities include guiding acquisitions, driving development initiatives, and ensuring disciplined financial and operational management across the portfolio.
