Liam O’Connor serves as a leasing broker for Newmark’s Boston office. As a member of the Downtown team, Liam represents both tenants and owners in leasing transactions throughout Boston. Additionally, Liam plays a critical role in servicing a number of the team’s larger clients with real estate portfolios requiring national representation. As a landlord advisor working for Boston’s largest Landlord advisory firm, Liam has been involved in a mix of leasing assignments, representing large institutional ownership groups to small family owners on assets ranging from Class A towers to boutique office buildings.
As a tenant advisor, Liam represents a diverse group of office space occupiers ranging from Boston startups to national occupiers with vast real estate portfolios. Liam advises clients on strategic execution and evaluation of lease renewals, relocations, and dispositions of office space.
