Liliana Lopez joined South Florida Global Properties, the commercial property management and leasing division of South Florida Global Realty, LLC, in 2011 as Director of Property Management and Leasing. With more than 20 years of real estate experience, Lopez is responsible for the management and leasing of South Florida Global’s Class-A office properties in the South Florida market. She acts as a liaison between owner and tenant, generates budgets, secures proposals for repairs, maintenance, and capital and tenant improvement projects, and generates service and construction agreements with providers.
After earning her bachelor’s degree in accounting from University of Miami, Lopez worked as an accountant for the law firm of Gribben, Swann & Glass, and subsequently for a major developer. Subsequently, Lopez served as a property manager and leasing agent for Bank of America’s REO Portfolio in Miami. Prior to joining South Florida Global Realty, Mrs. Lopez held the position of Senior Property Manager for Adler Realty Services, where she was mainly responsible for the Management of third party owned commercial properties – a portfolio which included among others, office buildings owned by the University of Miami.
In her free time, Lopez has been involved with Project Cradle, an affiliated volunteer organization of the Department of Pediatrics Aids Program at University of Miami School of Medicine, which cares for mothers and children born with HIV/AIDS. Mrs. Lopez is also a volunteer for the Toys for Tots Program in Miami.
