Real estate is in Lillian’s blood. Her career began long before she obtained her license as a real estate agent and subsequent broker license. Lillian was brought up in the industry through her designer and custom home builder father. Her attention to detail, understanding of client’s lifestyle needs, customer service and passion about her career are ingrained.
Lillian received a BA in Business from Virginia Tech, and after graduation worked for Engineering and Construction Management firms in the DC area. In 2006, she returned to the Shenandoah Valley to join the family business, W.Boutros & Co., an established Residential Building & Land Development Company, known for their high quality homes and distinctive subdivisions.
With tenure in the industry, Lillian followed her passion and opened Boutique Real Estate Inc., a client focused, quality over quantity, boutique style real estate brokerage to serve client’s in a way that industry giants are unable to. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions in life and with that decision clients should have personalized service, a familiar face, and not be “just a number.” No two clients have the same real estate needs and delivering a custom experience with concierge style service is Lillian’s trademark.
