Lily manages budgeting and reforecasting for portfolio properties and is responsible for insurance matters, property tax appeals and lease administration, including oversight of operating expense reconciliations and tenant audits for each property.
Lily joined Peakstone Realty Trust in December 2018, and previously served as Senior Vice President of Griffin Capital Company, LLC. Prior to joining Griffin Capital Company, LLC in 2013, Lily was Vice President of Finance at MPG Office and a Senior Auditor in the Real Estate Practice at EY.
