Ms. Spilky is responsible for managing the real estate portfolio’s corporate retail lease expirations and renewals in order to maximize portfolio occupancy and performance.
Ms. Spilky joined Realty Income in 2019 as Senior Director, Leasing & Real Estate Operations. Prior to that, she served as Vice President of Location Matters, a local San Diego Retail Brokerage, where she focused on Retail Investment Sales and Leasing, along with overseeing Operations. Ms. Spilky also held the position of Senior Analyst with Westcore Properties, where she spearheaded the financial underwriting of the company's acquisitions, and later as Portfolio Manager, managing office and industrial properties. Her professional experience also includes underwriting term loans on commercial properties at Wells Fargo's Real Estate Banking Group.
Ms. Spilky graduated (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Real Estate Finance.
