Lincoln Cioffi is an Associate in the New York Capital Markets Group at Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in investment sales across Nassau and Suffolk counties. Partnering with Executive Director Daniel Abbondandolo, Lincoln brings extensive investment sales experience from his prior role as a financial analyst at Marcus & Millichap, where he underwrote over $2 billion in hospitality assets nationwide and contributed to more than $430 million in closed transactions. His background also includes roles at Colliers International, Greysteel, and Concord Summit Capital, spanning tenant representation, multifamily valuation, and debt and equity financing.
