Linda Chmar received a BS degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and completed her JD/MBA at Emory University. She has practiced commercial real estate law, representing developers, borrowers, owners and lenders, and also has extensive experience as a residential closing attorney and short sale facilitator. Linda regularly invests and develops commercial and residential properties and has also been a serial entrepreneur in the fine arts and fitness industries. Ms. Chmar has been providing commercial brokerage sales and leasing services to both buyers & tenants, and sellers/ & landlords for over ten years. Real Estate brokerage is Linda's true calling, as this work utilizes her full skill set and diverse real estate knowledge.
