Linda Dunfee is a Director of KW Commercial in the UTC area of San Diego, California.
Dunfee has nearly twenty seven years experience in commercial real estate during which she has completed in excess of $500 million in real estate transactions in San Diego County. Her expertise includes investment, brokerage, management, entitlement and disposition. Dunfee was also responsible for mentoring, training and motivating a team of real estate professionals. Dunfee is the first woman to lead a commercial brokerage firm in San Diego.
Dunfee was named one of San Diego''s Top Influentials in 2009 by the San Diego Daily Transcript and was named 2008 Real Estate Southern California Women of Influence by Real Estate Southern California. She was also a finalist in San Diego''s "Women Who Mean Business" program.
Prior to joining KW Commercial, Dunfee held positions with CB Richard Ellis and Voit Commercial Brokerage, both in San Diego. She also served as a director and officer of Penasquitos, Inc., one of the largest land and property owners/developers in San Diego County, later known as Genstar and Newland Group.
