Hi, I'm Linda
Born in Dresden, Germany, I have lived abroad for most of my life: I called Ethiopia, Great Britain, Russia, the United States, China and Hong Kong home before moving to Spain in 2011.
During my 15-year career in international sales, business development and brand management in global luxury fashion houses, I have successfully managed brands, teams and the German subsidiary of a global watch group.
I inherited my enthusiasm for real estate from my architect parents, who often recovered and revitalized dilapidated properties. My great passion is traveling, which can be wonderfully combined with international sales. What fascinates me about international marketing and sales is that you can reach the right target group with a good strategy and clear messages. On a personal level I am sociable and curious by nature. I love meeting new people from all over the world, getting them excited about something and networking.
And why, of all places, did I choose to call Barcelona home? Because this city reflects my relaxed, spontaneous character and my positive attitude to life. Because in Catalonia, one of the economically strongest regions in Spain, people work hard and yet maintain the right balance between personal and work life. And because the city offers everything I could want: warm climate, beautiful nature, culinary and architectural diversity, international residents and an inexhaustible variety of art, culture, music, fashion, design and sports.
I am an authorized real estate agent (AICAT license number #12493 and API number #A14027) and trained in one of the world's leading German real estate companies. After completing the Executive MBA at Esade Business School, I set up my own business and founded the real estate agency MySpot Barcelona.
We are located in the heart of Barcelona, in the modern district of Sant Antoni. The MySpot team consists of me and my husband, photographers, project managers, and scouts. We also work with independent agents, other local agencies and have an extensive network of notaries, lawyers, tax and financial advisors, craftsmen and architects.
