As a Principal leading the retail division of Cresa’s Toronto office, Lindsay brings more than 14 years of commercial real estate experience in working with retail brands to renew existing locations or expand within Ontario, across Canada and internationally. Having worked on both the brokerage side of the business and managing a portfolio with a Toronto-based landlord/developer, Lindsay has a strong understanding of the needs of both tenants and landlords. Due to her of strong relationships with developers and brokers in the industry, Lindsay has successfully been able to manage a multi-broker network across the country so that her clients can seamlessly expand coast to coast with confidence.
