Specializing in investment sale transactions and acquisitions for development companies, Lin understands the needs of property owners through his experience as a former Attorney and owner of multiple commercial real estate projects. A 30+ year veteran, Lin has handled transactions with a total value of in excess of $350 million.
Lin continues to utilize the expertise he gained over the years as a former Attorney who specialized in transactional law and real estate litigation and understands the practical aspects of the commercial real estate market through his experience as a former commercial real estate developer.
In addition to Lin’s dedication and passion for commercial real estate transactions, Lin is also very active in the community. He has been a faculty lecturer at USD and UCSD, has served on several Technical Advisory Panels for the Urban Land Institute, as well as numerous Committees and Task Forces for the Centre City Development Corporation.
