Lior Goldberg joined the Brooklyn office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) in March 2015. Mr. Goldberg is responsible for sourcing and underwriting opportunities, working with clients and lenders to secure commercial debt financing for an array of property types including multifamily, office and industrial, retail, seniors housing and hospitality. He is focused on loans for properties in Brooklyn and NY Metro.
Prior to joining MMCC, Mr. Goldberg served as an intern with Massey Knakal Capital Services. He was also a licensed real estate salesperson at Keller Williams NYC.
Mr. Goldberg is a graduate of Baruch College, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in business management - entrepreneurship. He is also a member of REBNY.
