Lisbeth “Lis” Norton, CCIM Candidate, is a bilingual (Spanish) Associate Broker with Lee & Associates – Nashville. With over a decade of experience in Middle Tennessee real estate and family roots in the Nashville and Clarksville markets, Lis brings a strong foundation of local knowledge and industry insight to her clients. She began her real estate career in residential sales, specializing in helping investors identify and acquire profitable properties, and transitioned into commercial real estate in 2025.
Lis now focuses on Landlord and Seller Representation, Tenant and Buyer Representation, and land transactions. As Nashville continues to attract companies relocating their headquarters, she helps clients navigate the market with clarity, professionalism, and trusted regional expertise.
Outside of work, Lis is a dedicated photographer and educator who explores cultural and social themes through her work. She also leads youth service trips, inspiring young minds to value culture, hard work, and community. These experiences have strengthened her leadership and cross-cultural communication skills.
