Lisa has joined SMI Real Estate, LLC in 2008 as an office assistant handling the listing process, marketing, leasing transactions, sales / escrow transactions and company databases. Today, she is a Principal Broker, Office Manager, and the team’s Transaction Manager. In the past decade, her team has grown to over 20 active listing and selling Brokers, plus a handful of additional Brokers. We have expanded from focusing primarily on Commercial Real Estate into a full-service brokerage by adding Residential Real Estate services.
Lisa's licensed Real Estate experience began in 2000 when she joined a top producing Broker team with Coldwell Banker Commercial Mountain West Real Estate, LLC. Having no prior real estate experience, she learned quickly by working in a very fast paced and busy commercial brokerage office with two other assistants. Lisa's attention to detail, customer service and teamwork skills only added to a well-established team of assistants. That team worked hard to make the office a productive and exciting place to work.
