Ms. Pollakowski joined the leasing and sales divisions of Lee & Associates
in 2018. Prior to joining Lee NYC, Ms. Pollakowski had been at Newmark
Knight Frank for 23 years. While there she served as a director, specializing
in portfolio management for office and industrial clients including leasing
and sales.
Throughout her career, Ms. Pollakowski has successfully developed and
executed real estate strategies for notable organizations including
Bloomberg LP, Kaplan, Tourneau, and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. Her
skillset enables her to successfully marry corporate strategy, operational
needs of different business units, and efficient utilization of real estate.
