And we have something for everyone here. Buying & selling a home is a big decision-- Its one of your greatest investments. Both require lots of steps, preparation and detail. I started my career in real estate in 2002, and I've worked successfully with people relocating to Maryland, first time buyers, sellers, & new construction. I've aided investors in finding that "rehab project" as well as finding them long term rentals & multi-units. I work with renters and look forward to helping them become home owners. I also cross over into commercial transactions as well~ I added loss mitigation work with Titanium Solutions before the market shifted in the middle of 2017.. and have helped transfer/purchase mobile homes and condominiums.. In the last few years I've added "Staging Assistance" to my concierge list, as I believe it is so important to help you market and sell your home.. After all, it's not always what you put in a home- It's what you take out of it... To help a potential buyer imagine it becoming their new home - and getting yours SOLD! As an Associate Broker, I also carry several designations the compliment my resume enabling me to help with just about any transaction. Born and raised in Canton/Patterson Park, as were my parent and grandparents, I love the city and nearby neighborhoods and know them very well... I also service Baltimore, Harford and Howard Counties...
