Founder and principal of Saint James Real Estate Advisors, LLC, Lisa has been active in the Greater Boston commercial real estate industry for over 20 years. Lisa assists for-profit and non-profit, mission driven organizations, property owners, and property developers in finding solutions to their complex, commercial real estate needs. She is experience in affordable housing brokerage. She has successfully implemented marketing and leasing programs for over 3M SF of properties across the greater Boston area. She works strategically on behalf of her clients to minimize transactional risk and maximize value. Lisa was selected as the 2014 Women of Fire Award recipient by Banker & Tradesman and was recognized as Entrepreneur of the Year by the New England Women in Real Estate in 2009. The Boston Herald readership selected Lisa as a Top Ten Women in Real Estate Professional in both 2006 and 2007. Lisa actively participates in various organizations throughout the Greater Boston business community. She served as co-chair for the 2020 Women on Boards New England, National Initiative, and was a committee member of New England Women in Real Estate (now CREW).
Education
Lisa earned an MBA from Providence College and a BS in Finance from the University of Rhode Island. She earned a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Studies from Boston University and is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Leadership Training Program.
