Lisa represents tenants, owners, developers and investors providing professional services covering all aspects of office, industrial, medical, land and retail-related real estate. As an investor in Titusville, FL since 2008, and a resident since 2011, Lisa is passionate about her role in transforming the Space Coast. Her specialty is expert negotiations in the art of the deal. During her career she spent 8.5 years at Unicorp National Developments, Inc, 7 years at HQ/Regus, 4 years at DL Harkins Construction, LLC and established her management consulting firm in 2010. Lisa’s relevant insight, fierce research skills and extraordinary persuasion have launched her ahead in the industry. She has been directly involved with development and or leasing of 500+ acres development/redevelopment projects, over 2M sf retail space, 1M sf professional office space, 1685 residential units including 2 apartment complexes, higher education institutions, co-work spaces, executive suites, hotels, major grocers and major medical.
