Bio
Lisa has over 30 years’ experience in the retail sector dealing with retail premises in numerous shopping centres and high street locations across the country, acting for both landlords and tenants. Lisa deals with rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-gears including dispute resolution at rent reviews and statutory lease renewals. Key clients include: Aviva Investors, The Crown Estate, EE, Boots, Boots Opticians, Argos, Pizza Hut, Buckinghamshire Council, Capital & Regional and Axis Retail Partners.
Prior to joining MMX Retail in September 2015, Lisa had been Head of the Retail Lease Advisory at Cushman & Wakefield where she worked as a Partner for 10 years. Previous to that Lisa worked as a Director at GL Hearn where she specialised in all aspects of landlord and tenant work.
