Thirty-eight years of Real Estate Experience, Commercial Property Management, Finance, Brokerage, and much more to be named.
I have had the great opportunity to work for the best in my field, from Jerry J. Moore Investments, The Meyers, The Finger Companies, and, of course, Regional Properties, with The Families, Ganim, Baba, and Saa.
The last thirteen years with Regional Properties have been wonderful, but we, as Partners, have divided and are conquering our own Third-Party Management Companies.
You name it, I have done it. Within this industry, my passion is management and brokerage. I love to convert current Leases into Triple Nets, increase the Net Operating Income, and deliver one hundred and ten percent to the owners, by monitoring costs and keeping occupancy at its highest.
