Bio
Lisa graduated from San Diego State University with a BS degree in Real Estate Finance. Lisa started as a Retail Property Management Specialist for John Burnham in San Diego in 1989, and then moved to Indiana in 1995 to work for Duke Realty. Lisa then occupied senior management positions with Premier Properties in 1998 and Maquina Realty in 2004. Lisa joined Sitehawk Retail Real Estate in 2012 and subsequently joined McCrea Property Group in 2015, both as Director of Property Management. Along with over 29 years of experience in the industry, Lisa has honed her skills in finance, enabling her to effectively budget client expenses and maximizing their bottom line, building tenant relations leading to tenant retention, and administration of tenant improvements and construction management. Lisa has her CPM (Certified Property Management) designation from IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management), and is a member of IndyCREW. Lisa maintains her Indiana real estate broker’s license.
