Lisa has been helping colleagues, families and friends with their Real Estate projects (large or small) for upwards of 20 years. As a company owner and broker, Lisa has found that she enjoys the experience of the transaction holding higher in value than the sale itself. Many folks focus on the numbers and the bottom line but not the needs of their clients. But truly for most sellers and buyers and even investors, Lisa has found it is more about the professional representation and the knowledge of the industry process more desirable and truly makes for a successful closing. A purchase price without the closing or the buyer without the funding is not a successful transaction. While things can and do sometimes arise foreknowledge is imperative in satisfying a buyer before they sign so they proceed with confidence on the property they have chosen.
