Bio
With more than three decades of real estate experience, Lisa Rosenthal has extensive expertise in development, public-private partnerships and leasing. She represents numerous fashion brands and works on project-oriented landlord representation. Lisa was on the team that earned the 2010 REBNY award for most creative deal, and she was also an active member of the group that made subway retail sexy by securing the majority of tenants in the TurnStyle project at Columbus Circle. Her abundant public-private partnership experience includes the 34th Street Partnership and Bryant Park Restoration Corp., two of Midtown Manhattan’s largest Business Improvement Districts. In those important projects, she significantly improved quality of life by working with landlords, lenders, appraisers, brokers, the press and city government, and by recruiting commercial and retail tenants. Lisa is a go-to source for both the fashion and real estate press. Prior to Compass, Lisa was Senior Director of the Abrams Retail Strategies Group at Eastern Consolidated, and she began her real estate career in development and commercial leasing with Harry Macklowe. Lisa has a BA/MA in geography from the University of Chicago and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
