Bio
Lisa Snead joined Kin Commercial in 2019. She is a deal-maker who has a knack for taking on large-scale leasing assignments and significantly improving co-tenancy and overall sales performance. On several occasions, Lisa has elevated an asset through execution of dramatic repositioning. Lisa has dedicated her entire post-graduate life to retail real estate strategy. Thirty-ish years of experience have enabled her to be thoughtful and succinct in her approach to proforma analysis, as well as development and implementation of merchandising plans. Currently, she is utilizing her knowledge of retail sales volume throughout the country - as well as her knowledge of landlord expectations - to represent tenants.
Through her tenure with Simon (2009-2016), the largest REIT in the world, she developed tenant relationships across the U.S. and Europe. She successfully executed 200,000 square feet of retail space, per year, at various super-regional and outlet/entertainment portfolio projects, with particular focus on Colorado Mills in Lakewood, CO, and Sawgrass Mills in Sunrise, FL (near Fort Lauderdale).
From 2001 to 2006, as Group Vice President for the Mills Corporation, Lisa managed a 12-person team to execute leasing for Madrid Xanadu, the first super-regional retail and leisure center developed by a U.S. REIT in Europe. Lisa has also had success with smaller assignments, such as tourist destinations Faneuil Hall and Bayside Marketplace. As an adventurer and aspiring artist, Lisa enjoys extensive travel throughout the world, having already visited 52 countries! After living in Washington DC, London, and Florida, Lisa planted roots in Denver in 2006. In her free time, she thrives on hot yoga and hiking. Her compassion for others is evident through her philanthropic dedication to organizations such as Warren Village, Metro Caring, Project Worthmore, and Impact100. Lisa is licensed to practice real estate in Florida and Colorado.
