Liv Horneland is President of Gramercy Commercial Group, a commercial land and development company. As one of the first women in commercial real estate in the Twin Cities, Liv worked with CB Commercial for 10 years, specializing in investment property sales and development projects, becoming a member of CB’s Top Five. She was introduced to Opportunity Partners when she leased office space for the traumatic brain injury program. Liv has been an active volunteer for six years and a part of the Development Committee for four. At the inception of the Opportunity Partners Club, she served as its Chair and is now also a member of the Legacy Club. Recently, she served on Opportunity Partners’ Strategic Task Force and the Minnetonka Building Evaluation Task Force.
