Liz Arcos is an approachable and experienced Advisor at SVN Raleigh, a collaborative and nationally recognized commercial real estate firm. Specializing in retail, she represents landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers in commercial transactions. Her approachable nature and business insight make her a trusted partner to many.
A graduate of Florida Atlantic University, Liz’s true education came from years of business ownership. She and her husband owned and operated four European Wax Center locations in North Carolina and Miami, FL. They successfully grew the stores, introduced EWC to the North Carolina market, and gained invaluable experience in franchise development, lease negotiations, construction, logistics, and management.
When transitioning into real estate, Liz carried forward this depth of knowledge, giving her a unique ability to connect with entrepreneurs and business owners. She is especially passionate about supporting women-owned businesses and mentoring those looking to embark on their own entrepreneurial journeys, guiding clients through the complexities of commercial real estate with empathy and insight.
Liz’s entrepreneurial spirit continues. She and her partners were the first to bring OHM Fitness to North Carolina. After building and operating the Cary studio, they sold the location but remain Area Developers, supporting franchise growth and new owners statewide.
Outside of real estate, Liz enjoys tennis, hiking, cooking, and spending time with her husband and dog.
