Liz Thorson is Vice President, Market Leader for Unico. Originally hired to oversee the leasing of the University of Washington’s Metropolitan Tract in downtown Seattle, Liz also oversees real estate investments working with partners such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and AEW.
Liz spent the first part of her real estate career representing local and institutional owners as a broker with CBRE and the CAC Group and brings a depth of knowledge in commercial real estate transactions.
