Bio
Born in Colorado and raised in California, Liz is one of those "West Coast transplants" that people like to bemoan, but after living in Austin she can't imagine living anywhere else. The glorious weather, friendly people, and amazing outdoor activities make her happy to call Austin home.
Liz holds bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Human Development from the University of California, San Diego, and a master's in Counseling Psychology from the University of Colorado. She worked for many years as a counselor in a community mental health center before pursuing a career in real estate. Because the process of buying and selling homes can be fraught with emotional ups and downs, Liz's skills and background are particularly suited to helping clients navigate the process. Being a counselor is all about connecting with people and solving problems; real estate is no different.
Liz is passionate about helping people and strives to do so with integrity, honesty, and authenticity. She is a trained listener and a skilled problem solver. She enjoys making connections with people and helping them reach their goals.
When not working with clients, Liz enjoys spending time with her two children, two dogs, and six chickens in Southwest Austin. She loves live music and tries to attend as many concerts as possible when her favorite bands come to town. She enjoys hiking, biking, and spending time outdoors.
