Lizet is a licensed real estate broker and CCIM Candidate (Certified Commercial Investments Management). She manages and participates in transactions of Residential condominium project sales, Retail and Office Leasing, Property Sales and Acquisitions, Income Producing Property Sales and Acquisitions, and Tenant and Buyer Representations for Developers and individual clients. She has been awarded the Chairman's Club Award for sales during her association at Esslinger Wooten Maxwell where she directed the Retail Commercial Division. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from Florida International University and has been involved in international business development prior to her real estate career. Previously she owned an international shoe manufacturing and distribution company with headquarters in the U.S. and Spain.
