Lloyd Edward Moore is an honorably retired US Navy veteran with over 30+ years experience in Sales (inside/outside/b2b) as well as Management, Marketing, and Executive Administration. Lloyd is educated in multiple disciplines that include Liberal Arts; Associates, Baccalaureate and Master degrees in Business Admin. and Marketing as well as STEM categories of academia with Associates and Baccalaureate Degrees in Biomedicine, Microbiology, Applied Sciences and Literature Based Research. Alma Maters include, Chaminade University of Honolulu, Durham Technical Community College, North Carolina Central University.
Lloyd is an entrepreneur and leader. As the CEO of six-year old ALEM-6 Properties, LLC, Lloyd has "flipped" houses in NC, FL, NJ and GA and has used that platform to bring awareness to certain demographic disparities in "Urban Renewal" plans that have history of leaving out "the locals" for the modern young urbanite. ALEM-6 Properties, LLC will not sell or invest in "upside" down predatory plans that hurt local communities with respects to equity being advanced forward equally for all American Homeowners.
Lloyd is a published former Biomedical Research Bench Scientist. Having served the State of NC's Health Disparities Project where Breast Cancers and Prostate Cancers were Lloyd's targeted focus in Functional Genomics Cancer Research; Lloyd studying and developed assays to observe and record the genetic disparities in Asians, African Americans and Caucasians as it pertains to the development, proliferation, impact; how they differ and treatment of those aforementioned Cancers for 3 years. Lloyd is also very patient as science requires. Research is another forte for Lloyd which lends to his very well developed CMA's and interpretation of such data as Demographics and Market Analytics as well as leading Market Indicators such as Inflation, Real Rates, Recessions and other such indicators as Tin pricing and how this impacts decisions made in the Global Marketplace for all investors.
Lloyd is also a very accomplished singer/musician, music director, song writer, publisher and international recording artist (Mr. 6ixxx). With four number one records to his credit, live performances around the world and a lifetime of dedication to this gift of music, Lloyd's commitment to excellence is world-known. Creativity adds to his abilities in critical thinking, problem solving, and writing good deals.
Over the last 6 years in Real Estate, Lloyd has leveraged such experiences and skills in order to have helped clients buy & sell millions (in US dollars) in NJ, NC and Georgia Real Estate to both Residential & Commercial buyers/seller/investors. Lloyd knows Georgia and the Atlanta MSA and the related submarkets. All of Lloyd's transactions have been positive with his listings getting up to 97% of "asking-price" or more. Lloyd believes in patience during an active negotiation while really listening for the "needs" of both sides in order to reach an agreement; a positive outcome. A professional with a reputation for patience, proficiency in technology, efficient quality workflow, speed, accuracy and integrity in every transaction, Lloyd is also an active servant of the community with multiple charitable organizational histories that include The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (since 2009) and Habitat for Humanity (since 1999) and Labor of Love Outreach; a mission oriented ministry-work Lloyd formed in 2005 in NC, in which he tends to the needs of homeless veterans and others local residentially challenged citizens who need housing, food and clothing in NC, GA, Rio De Janeiro and Jamaica.
