Logan Chambers Powell is an accomplished real estate professional with over a decade of experience in commercial real estate. Successfully closing more than 225 retail deals across the Mid-Atlantic, with a total transaction value exceeding $670M, Logan has established herself as a trusted advisor and consultant to both tenants and property owners. She excels in partnering with brands to develop and implement strategic expansion plans and has represented several high-profile retailers such as Arc’teryx, Rails, Athleta, Yeti, Room & Board, Amazon Fresh, and JP Morgan Chase. Prior to joining Odyssey Retail Advisors in New York, Logan served as the Director of Retail Services at Dochter & Alexander Retail Advisors in Washington, DC. In this role, she played a crucial part in expanding the firm's client base and managing a dynamic portfolio of more than 30 clients. Logan's strategic acumen and data-driven decision-making have been instrumental in guiding prominent brands through their market entries and expansions within the greater Washington/Baltimore CBSA. Her involvement in these high-profile projects underscores her ability to leverage market intelligence and negotiate favorable terms, ensuring clients make well-informed site selection decisions. Prior to her tenure at Dochter & Alexander, Logan was a Leasing Associate and Marketing Director at Douglas Development, where she managed a diverse portfolio of over 180 properties totaling 10 million square feet. Her expertise in tenant negotiations, digital presence management, and targeted marketing initiatives significantly contributed to the firm's success. Logan holds a B.S. in Psychology with a Minor in Economics from the College of Charleston. Actively involved in community initiatives, including suicide prevention advocacy, she is a licensed real estate salesperson in Washington,DC, and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Outside of work, Logan enjoys horseback riding, scuba diving, downhill skiing, and Pilates. Prior to joining the Dochter & Alexander team, Logan worked for Douglas Development as a Leasing Associate. During her time there, she helped manage and track leasing activity for a portfolio of over 10 million square feet. She became highly passionate about retail real estate, and learned to stimulate enthusiasm by providing relevant information to colleagues and constituents. Logan is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and has a B.S. in Psychology and Economics from the College of Charleston.
