Logan Wilson is the Broker/Owner of RLW Realty, a Central Florida-based real estate brokerage specializing in investment properties, property management, and value-add opportunities throughout Lake County and surrounding markets.
Unlike most agents, Logan approaches every deal as an owner and investor first. With a personal portfolio of rental properties and experience across residential, commercial, vacant land, and multi-family assets, he understands what drives real returns—not just transactions.
Since entering the business in 2011 and quickly earning recognition as the 2012 Rookie of the Year, Logan has been involved in nearly 1,000 transactions totaling over $121 million in volume.
