Bio
Lon began his auction career in 1988 with the Sanford Alderfer Companies. Lon is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania and, in addition to the sale of real estate at auction, Lon has also been involved in the many aspects of operating a full service auction center, on site auctions, business and commercial liquidations, and personal property appraisals. Lon’s educational background includes Christopher Dock High School, Mendenhall School of Auctioneering, Auction Marketing Institute at Indiana University, and he continues his educational opportunities at many State and National Auctioneer Association conferences.
