As Managing Director of Hospitality, Loren Berkley leads PEG’s hotel portfolio strategy, overseeing portfolio management, asset performance, and the execution of new hospitality acquisitions. With nearly two decades of experience spanning operations, brokerage, acquisitions, and asset management, he brings a comprehensive, full-cycle perspective to PEG’s hospitality investments. Loren’s deep industry expertise and extensive network enable PEG to maximize value across its hospitality assets while strategically expanding its footprint in the select service hotel sector.
Loren began his career with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts before transitioning into hotel brokerage with HREC Investment Advisors, where he specialized in nationwide valuation and transaction advisory. He later moved to the buy side with Lodging Capital Partners, where he spent a decade in acquisitions and asset management, playing a key role in building a $750 million portfolio of upper-upscale and luxury hotels across the United States.
Loren holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration & Hospitality from Cornell University.
