Loren Gulley joined Birnbaum Property Company in 2022 as Vice President of Development and is responsible for managing the overall development process of the company’s new development projects. Responsibilities include site identification, due diligence, market research, budgeting, and project management. Prior to joining BPC, Loren was Vice President of development at Koontz Corporation where he was responsible for the development of the company’s commercial development projects. Loren has over 15 years of real estate development experience and has been a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas since 2004.
