Bio
Lorraine began her real estate career in 1981. Her early experience in the Chant company, as secretary, licensed agent, and company controller shaped her vision for a career in the industry. In 2012 she received her broker's license which lead her to eventually take the position of President of the Chant company in 2015. With a background of diverse management and real estate experience, she continues to apply her skills as a controller and as one of the most experienced real estate professionals in the region. Today, she is also part of a dynamic, individual sales team with Pete Helms, the highest sales volume team across the Pike/Wayne Association of Realtors for over a decade.
