Working within the commercial and residential property market across both private and public sectors for over 4 years, Lottie, a qualified Chartered Surveyor, has substantial experience in meeting different clients objectives.
Prior to joining Newsteer, Lottie worked at GL Hearn in the Development Team, advising a key Government Ministry Department, one of the largest land owners in the UK, on their asset optimisation strategy. She engaged on both a site by site basis, reviewing the disposal and town planning strategies, as well as reporting at a strategic level to assist in portfolio decisions and government commitments. Before GL Hearn, she consulted in the Retail Agency Team at Carter Towler.
As part of the Development Team at Newsteer, Lottie provides strategic Development Consultancy, Agency and Management advice to landowners across the UK.
