Lou Kahn is responsible for the sale/leasing of institutional and privately owned office/medical property portfolios’ in most of the suburban markets. His responsibilities include the coordination and development of marketing themes and leasing objectives, marketing office setup, overall marketing strategies and plans, including all lease negotiations and the coordination with legal and construction departments.
Lou obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Business from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. He is a licensed real estate salesman and actively involved in all areas of commercial real estate, and the brokerage business. He began his real estate career by joining and working with various private developers in the Chicago markets as Leasing Director. He utilized his marketing and management expertise to successfully complete leasing programs for numerous office projects in all Metro Chicago markets.
For the last 25 years, he continued as marketing and leasing director for other private and institutional developers in both downtown Chicago and suburbs. Beyond the depth of knowledge gained through these experiences, his clients often benefit from his relationship within the Chicago office leasing brokers and development community, which participates strongly in the Chicago markets.
