Louann is a senior commercial real estate professional with more than 20 years of experience in Houston's office market, specializing in landlord representation, leasing strategy, and asset marketing. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Louann launched her commercial real estate career with an office building owner before transitioning to third-party leasing in 2006.
