Louie Tijerina joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2025 as a Vice President. He specializes in landlord and tenant representation throughout the Rio Grande Valley and South Texas. A proud fifth-generation Brownsville native, Louie began his career with Hopkins Commercial Real Estate in Dallas, where he learned the fundamentals of landlord leasing and project marketing firsthand. Prior to joining SRS, he was with CBRE, spending nine years at the company working with landlords and tenants across Texas. In 2020, recognizing the rapid growth and opportunity in his hometown, Louie returned to Brownsville to focus on expanding professional brokerage services in the Rio Grande Valley.
At SRS, he is dedicated to growing the firm’s regional presence and providing strategic, data-driven solutions that deliver long-term value for clients.
Prior to entering the real estate industry, Louie gained meaningful experience working in the nonprofit sector, where he sharpened his leadership and community-building skills. Louie earned his B.B.A. in Entrepreneurial Management from Texas Christian University, where he competed as a Division I track and cross-country athlete.
