Louis serves as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions for Griffin Capital Company, LLC. He is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, negotiating and closing multifamily acquisition opportunities for the eastern half of the United States. He brings more than 24 years of multifamily investment management experience and has been responsible for acquiring more than 26,000 apartment units nationally with an aggregate value of more than $6.3B. Additionally, he plays an integral role in devising and executing Griffin Capital’s multifamily investment strategies.
Prior to joining Griffin Capital, Louis held executive-level positions with some of the nation’s largest multifamily investment managers, including Capmark Investments, The Hunt Companies, JRK Property Holdings, Resource REIT, and Lendlease.
