Louis Moussali is a licensed real estate agent and has been actively involved in many facets of the real estate industry. Louis has both a commercial and residential investment focus to his business. His involvement in the commercial real estate side of the industry began while working for his family business of buying and managing retail strip centers. This experience led Louis to pursue his real estate license in 2014 so he could be more hands on in the process of buying and selling properties. His investor mindset has given his clients a competitive advantage when going through the process. He has experience working with retail, office and industrial clients. Louis has also represented clients ranging from sales and purchases of smaller multi-family properties to retail shopping centers, land sales and office leases.
With a strong commitment to the highest professional standards, Louis approaches his real estate business from a client-centric perspective, choosing to focus his efforts on building long-term relationships with his clients rather than utilizing the traditional transaction-oriented business model. Louis graduated from UTSA with a Finance and Management degree in 1991.
